Hi, I’m Les Escobar — the person behind the camera at Escoles Photography.

Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I finally picked up my first camera in 2016, and what started as a simple creative escape slowly grew into something much bigger. It became a way for me to connect with people, tell their stories, and freeze the moments they never want to forget. I’m still grateful every day that this passion turned into something I get to share with others.

I’m based in Ottawa, but I’m always up for a drive, a road trip, or an adventure if it means capturing something meaningful. From families and headshots to engagements, weddings, and everything in between, I love being invited into people’s lives during their most important chapters.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to explore so many sides of photography — being published by Canadian Geographic for my nature work, helping new businesses shape their brand, and shooting sports and fitness across Ontario. Every experience has taught me something new and introduced me to incredible people.

When I’m not behind the lens, I’m with my partner, Crystal, and my two boys, Julian and Cameron. They’re my grounding force and my biggest inspiration.
